I purchased these slippers for a 55 year old friend with MS. She needed them for warmth. Product was marked as an adult size 5 and I bought on the chance it may fit her size 8 as I could find them nowhere.
When I received the product they were a very small fit and more for a child. So I called the company and spoke with the gentlemen who was very congenial and promptly sent me a return slip with a check for the entire purchase.
Would definately work with the company again if need arises.
