I was apprehensive after I placed my order for this truck. The age rating is 18 months and up. My son is three and a half years old. I thought he would not be interested in playing with this truck. I must say I was surprised with the price, quality and duaribility of the truck. My son was so happy Christmas morning to receive his "mixer truck". He has played with it a lot. For the price I am so happy I found this truck. The Tonka version of cement mixer truck is quite pricey. I do not think it was a good investment. I also felt that with all of its buttons it did not offer the imaginative play that this truck offers. I like the pretend rocks in the mixer barrel. He loves his Mega trucks.
