I bought one of these for my 8 year old daughter and she loved it so much I purchased another for my niece.My daughter spent days coloring the sturdy pages that fold out to create a house full of rooms including floors.
It's big enough to provide plenty of big time pretend play, yet small enough that I can slip it into my big purse for easy take along every where we go. The only thing I think Crayola could have done to make it better is to include an attached pocket to store the dolls and furniture, but I used a quart sized baggie and that seems to be working fine (I slip it inside the closed book)
I think it is just the right size at just the right price to make it a great buy.
