Melissa & Doug The House That Jack Built - Holly Ann Review
This is not a die cut kit. No need to punch/cut/saw the pieces from a piece of splintering, crappy plywood. This is a quality house made of quality wood that you won't have to sand into submission. The directions are clear and the assembly was reasonably quick. I would say that it took me about 8-10 hours to assemble. You *will* need wood glue, a brad gun, hammer, nail set (ask at your local hardware store if you don't know what that is), masking tape (to secure things down while the glue dries), and a carpenter's square (lots of the directions require a 90 degree angle). The house comes with windows and doors and is already sided, but you will need to buy your own shingles. Amazon has the lowest price over anywhere I had seen online.
