This toy is great, it only needs a small fix in order to work as advertised, which of course is not a nice thing but if you really want to play with it, you should try this: For kids 6 and under cover more or less 60% of the velcro at the bottom of the black vertical ball-holder, since otherwise it will over-stick to the ball and wont let your kid enjoy because the ball will be impossible to detach using the baseball bat.Fisher-Price Better Batter Baseball Overview
