This is great furniture for your older dollhouse lover. It is well-made and "playable". It is higher quality than the plastic stuff geared for young children -- it has the appearance of the collectible stuff made for collectors -- but is sturdy enough for true play. Overall, we have been very pleased. One caveat about the nursery set: the rocker is exactly the same rocker sold in the living room set only painted white.
