Bought this for my 18 month old who loved it at the store. The problem was when we got home and took it out of the box you have to remove the tag in the back and after removing the tag the volume level drops significately to the point that you can not even hear the sounds. My 18 month old wanted nothing to do with it and cried out of frustration with the toy when the sound was so low. The box does indicate that volume would be lowered when tag was removed, but I did not anticipate that it would be that low.
