Little People Discovery Airport - Blue Review

Other than Amazon, I have only seen this in one store. We waited in super long Black Friday lines to buy it too! My son received it for his birthday and was very excited to get it out of the box. It took about 10 minutes to put together, mainly because the parts "snap" together and we had a hard time snapping the bottom part of the terminal into the base. The stickers seemed to take forever too. Several have already come off and it's not even a week old. The included plane and helicopter have been the most fun for my son. He doesn't really seem to care too much about the runway and terminal.
I do not like that the umbrella and windsock are removable. I wish they were "permanent" and my son couldn't take them off all the time. They're delegated to the "toy drawer" so he isn't playing with something that can get stuck in his mouth or eye.
A nice thing is that it comes apart for storage. That's been helpful with limited space.
All in all, this is a great addition to our Little People collection, but it's not getting played with very much as intended.
