From previous purchases made on Amazon.com, I expected this to be new. After receiving the item and going back in, I realized the picture shown was not in a package. However, the description was misleading a little. It said very clean and fresh. What I received was somewhat stained and wreaking of Fabreaze. I wound up throwing it away because my son (whom I made the purchase for) is allergic to Fabreaze and goes into an asthma attack. Disappointed that I wasted the money on someone's used toy.
