Strawberry Shortcake Berry Magical Strawberry Castle Review

My husband bought this for our daughter's birthday, and it's a huge disappointment.
First off, the dolls don't fit in the upper level unless they're in a reclining position. It also does not come with any dolls (you have to buy them seperately). The towers, balcony, window flower boxes, and front door pop off every time my children touch it.
Inside it's a ridiculous mess. The stairs stand independently on two very unsteady supports (which also pop off incessantly), the railing around the useless top floor detaches, the back and legs of the chair come off easily (as does the fireplace), and don't even try keeping the legs on the piano or the supports that hold the dolls up on the dance floor in place.
It also does not look exactly like the image on the box. Most of the stickers are different and I found myself looking for things I thought were missing, only to check the parts list and see that everything was actually there.
About the only thing I liked about this toy is the fireplace, which has a very pretty red light inside. Unfortunately, it pops off constantly as well, rendering this stupid playset the most expensive night light we've ever purchased.
It has value as a collector's set, as long as your intent is to display but never touch it. Not even to dust. Seriously, this thing can't take it.
In my home it's become a huge pain in the butt. It's frustrating to have to put it back together every time one of my kids THINKS ABOUT playing with it.
