I have a negative response due to the fact that purchasing this battery led to so much head ache. I purchased a power wheel jeep from Toys-R-us a year ago. You would think I could make a trip back to toys-R-us for a new battery. Not so, I had to search for a battery. Several buisnesses whom I thought carried the battery did not have any in stock. So, when I finally found the battery I was overjoyed. I purchased the battery through Amazon (new). It showed up not in a power wheel box, but in a shipping box wrapped in paper. After opening the box I found that the battery had a cracked head. Easy fix right. I wish. I called the company and they sent another battery. But this battery was grey and the jeep would only operate with the orange top battery. So, I made another call to the company and they sent the right battery. I put it in the jeep and let my son ride it to make sure the battery worked, as the company suggested. Well, the new battery lasted for two weeks.
